His career span working for the American Heart Association to one of the largest Health Insurance companies HCSC which manages five Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Plan across the country and serving 16 million members. Performed various leadership roles focused on enterprise transformative projects ranging from digital transformation to customer service/engagement platforms and processes. Overall provided strategic and tactical leadership while focusing on bringing innovative technology and products to market and helped the organizations to significantly scale operational capabilities. Played a key role in M&A activities and establishing the health exchanges business. I am very passionate about developing and mentoring high performing teams to deliver results.
