Zachary Stone

I grew up in Lake Charles, Louisiana and then attended Texas A&M University where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. Next, I completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine where I was involved in many research projects that resulted in national presentations and publications. After medical school, I completed pediatrics residency at Children's Health/UT Southwestern. At residency graduation, I was chosen as the White Hat Award winner, who is voted by their peers as the physician who displays the most clinical excellence. I have spent the past two years in private practice and have recently taken up the position of Department Chair of Pediatrics at Texas Health Frisco. I will be starting my MBA this Fall 2024, and I am interested in biotech/healthcare entrepreneurship and venture capital.
