Ron has served as Chief Financial Officer for 8 companies over more than 20 years, leading multi-national technology-focused middle market growth companies.  Ron has led Finance and Accounting teams for publicly-listed, private equity and venture-backed technology companies.  Today, Ron is CFO for Kings III Emergency Communications, a private equity backed company that is a vertically integrated supplier of emergency phone services for elevators and swimming pools.  His prior experience includes healthcare payer services for FAIRPAY Solutions, healthcare claims adjudications and benefits administration for Healthaxis, healthcare AI innovator Pieces Technologies, international franchisor Propelled Brands (FASTSIGNS), and other technology-related background includes enterprise and off-the-shelf software, storage area network switches, and semiconductors. Ron was named a Dallas Business Journal CFO of the Year honoree in 2019 and Private Company CFO of the Year by D CEO in 2020.  Ron has an Accounting degree from Southern Methodist University and is a CPA in the State of Texas.
