Richard is President of Katalact Group, a nationally focused healthcare management consulting company and has 18+ years of experience in the industry. Recently he served on the leadership team for Yaro Health, a healthcare navigation app based out of Chicago.

Previously, he served in several leadership roles including Operations Director for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Director of Product Management for Aetna, and Product Manager for both ADP and Humana. His passion is designing and implementing products & services supporting consumerism.

Currently his attention focuses on setting up a new data collection and distribution business designed to support Emergency Room Redirection programs. It will be a B2B model that supplies other organizations cost data to help individuals understand the financial and time costs of calling EMS and using emergency rooms as well as other medical alternatives.
