Reggie is a Managing Director for JENGA Capital Funds an acquisition company that invests in lower and middle market companies, and its strategy is to partner with talented executives and entrepreneurs to build industry-leading companies. Companies and executives have chosen to partner with JENGA Capital Funds because of the deep industry experience, strong network of business relationships, and track record of success. JENGA Capital Funds seeks investments where the bulk of the value creation opportunity is derived from the growth of a scalable business model. Reggie leads the firm’s overall strategy, developing targeted investment themes, supervising and closing the transaction.

Reggie began his career at GE Capital in the Financial Management Program where he held various Finance roles within multiple GE businesses (GE Assurance, GE Mortgage Insurance, GE Corporate Technology and GE Real Estate). His healthcare career started at GE Healthcare in the Commercial Leadership Program. While at GE Healthcare, he held roles that included leading product and regional commercial teams. Reggie was GE Healthcare’s first Deal Architect on the Commercial Operations team focusing on deal pursuits of $10M- $100M in size. Prior to his leaving GE Healthcare, Reggie served as the Region Vice President and General Manager for Texas, Kansas, and Oklahoma where he led all GE Healthcare segments: Diagnostic Imaging, Ultrasound, Life Care Solutions, Health Information Technology, Life Sciences and Service businesses. The scope of his responsibilities included leading the sales and service organization by building a culture of collaboration and growing the portfolio to $400M in sales revenue.

Reggie transitioned into biotechnology to build a commercial team within Biogen leading the West Division for the Alzheimer’s Account Liaison Team. He led a layered organization with responsibilities for aligning and driving the commercial strategy and execution for Biogen’s Alzheimer’s Business Unit. He partnered with cross-functional leaders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Reimbursement, Patient Services and Medical) to deploy solutions that drive business opportunities while ensuring team alignment in the overall execution of strategy.

Reggie is from Plano, TX and attended Langston University where he obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Business Management and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
