(DALLAS, TX — September 4, 2025) — Health Wildcatters, a nationally ranked healthcare accelerator, has welcomed eleven new startups into its program, marking another milestone in Dallas-Fort Worth’s rise as a hub for health innovation, biotech, and life sciences. With this 13th cohort, the accelerator’s portfolio now includes 131 companies over 13 years, reinforcing its role as one of the most active early-stage healthcare investors in the U.S.
Based at Pegasus Park, Health Wildcatters recently launched the “HW VC Center”, a new initiative designed to connect investors and startups. In the first six weeks after openings, the venture center has facilitated more than 30 meetings with 10 venture capital firms nationwide, fueling deal flow between investors and health innovation startups at all stages, including this year’s cohort.
This year’s class highlights the increasing globalization and diversity of healthcare innovation. With founders from across the U.S. and abroad, including four international startups, the cohort brings a balance of Health IT, Medical Devices, Digital Health, and Biopharma solutions tackling urgent challenges.
