Mujtaba (MJ) Badat builds at the crossroads of healthcare, tech, and data. As an early team member at Doximity, he helped scale it from startup to the largest network for medical professionals, creating tools that now serve over 80% of U.S. doctors. He later led Doximity’s push into direct staffing, acquiring and growing what’s now Curative Talent, where he served as Chief Growth Officer.

In 2022, MJ co-founded Belal Badat Ventures, a venture group backing bold founders in digital health. With roots as an operator and builder, he knows firsthand the challenges of scaling in healthcare—and partners with founders to help them navigate it.
