Micky Fokken is an innovation and product management consultant, specializing in user research, product development, and adoption optimization.

Past roles include the Director of Care Delivery Innovation Lab at Children’s Health, where he advocated for internal innovators, explored new ideas, and managed the product development process with internal and external development partners.

Working at Children’s Health since 2010, he has also served in leadership roles in Virtual Health business operations, Learning Institute instructional design, and Human Resources analytics.

Prior to Children’s Health, Micky worked for eInstruction, an education technology company. He holds a master’s in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas, along with a master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Birmingham at Alabama.
