Shlomo Harnas is an experienced healthcare and Life Sciences commercial strategy executive. He has worked extensively across consulting and industry – with biopharma and medtech companies, startups, and investors on evaluating, developing, and commercializing new therapies and products.
Before relocating to DFW, Shlomo was the North America Commercial Director for Grünenthal, a Germany-based global pharma. There, his responsibilities included commercial Development and BD assessments, and the role of Commercial lead for a mid-late stage rare disease program.
Prior to that, he was the go-to diligence/LM&A lead with Navigant Consulting’s global Life Science practice, and a member of Leerink Swann’s advisory group and of Clarion Healthcare’s strategy practice.
Shlomo holds a Master’s degree in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was a Presidential Doctoral Fellow, and a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and Mathematics from Brandeis University, summa cum laude, with highest honors, where he was a Goldwater Scholar and Howard Hughes Medical Institute fellow.
He has lived in 4 countries, is fluent in English and Portuguese, and is conversant in 3 more languages.
