Kris spent over 44 years of progressive experience in the IT sector in various industries spanning technology, including EFT, telecom, health care, staffing, loyalty, manufacturing, professional services, retail, banking, public sector and higher education.

Kris has held numerous executive delivery roles throughout his career allowing him to provide unique perspective to dynamic client environments including:

• CDO Manpower / Head of eBusiness Alliance Data / CDO Office Max / CIO Octel / SVP of Product Management for large Point of Sale company

The last five years was as the Chief Technology Officer for NTT DATA Inc., Kris led NTT DATA’s R&D and innovation programs, leveraging NTT Group R&D and related investments to deliver client impact. This included hosting NTT DATA’s annual Open Innovation Program aligning startups with NTT DATA’s clients

Kris retired in 2021.  His retirement includes being the Chairman of the Executive Council for the UTD School of Engineering and Computer Science, member of the Presidents Advisory Board, AI & Business Analytics Council, Global Initiatives Advisory Councils, Veterans Advisory Council as well as being a CIE Board Member.  In addition, Kris is a guest lecturer 10-12  times each semester and participates in 4 – 5 panels on AI and impact on business.

Kris is also an advisor to a high growth AI and process Automation company serving HealthCare companies, Board Advisor to several AI start ups including one in the location/tracking space, and mentor to several MBA and other students. 

In addition, Kris is a board member and teacher of a CxO leadership program in partnership with SMU helping in the development of North Texas Technology Leadership.

During ALL of this, Kris also build houses for Habitat for Humanity.
