Greg Downey has over 25 years of commercialization experience in medical technologies, software, AI, real estate, and consumer products.  He has served as managing director, president, and co-founder of several successful companies where he led strategic business development activities resulting in private investment, licensing, acquisitions, and an IPO.  

In 2010, Greg launched Purim Ventures, a venture capital and strategic advisory firm specializing in early-stage and growth companies, M&A, and turnarounds. Over his career, he has helped raise over $650 million in private investment for early-stage companies. Greg shares his insights weekly through his Capital Mastermind program, which has helped dozens of entrepreneurs and business owners raise their own capital and scale.

Greg is active on several boards, is a sought-after guest speaker, and is an active investor in several companies with a special interest in orthopedics, regenerative technologies, longevity, and health and wellness. He is happily married to his beautiful wife of 23 years and has two amazing daughters.
