Frank M Roby
Frank Roby is a co-founder and the Chairman and CEO of Averify, LLC, a health-tech company dedicated to helping employers take cost out of today’s healthcare system.
In an industry that largely uses self-reported performance measurements, Averify developed an index that independently and multi-dimensionally identifies performance gaps, pre-validates point solutions, and holds vendors accountable to pre-agreed performance standards.
Based in Dallas, Mr. Roby has served clients throughout the U.S. and has deeply rooted experiences in business and community engagement. His healthcare expertise includes the spectrum of employer-based healthcare strategy, risk finance, and network design.
Mr. Roby’s perspective on health eco-systems was influenced by his role on the Board of Directors of St. Stephens Hospital in Delhi, India where he was engaged with heir highly effective sustainable approach to community wellbeing.
Formerly, Mr. Roby was an owner, Board member, and Texas CEO for Holmes Murphy and Associates, Inc., a leading insurance brokerage firm. He also recently served as a Senior Advisor to Gallagher Benefit Services where he led a practice on Healthcare Network Design and served in leadership with other healthcare companies committed to value-based care.
Community
Mr. Roby is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he currently serves on the Executive Board of the Meadows School, with a focus on Journalism. He is also the Board Chairman for the International Center for Religion and Diplomacy, a Washington DC non-profit working in areas of conflict around the world.
Previously, Mr. Roby held volunteer leadership roles for numerous not-for-profit organizations, including the North Texas Food Bank, the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and the Dallas Regional Chamber. His hobbies include hiking, fly fishing, and great conversation with people from all places and walks of life.
